Reschedule & No Call/No Show
Due to limited seating, Venus Heart CPR Training has a strict Reschedule and NO Call/No Show policy.
You may reschedule your class only 1 time up to 3 days in advance of your class date without having to pay a reschedule fee. If you reschedule your class less than 2 days in advance, you will be required to pay a $23.92 reschedule fee. If you reschedule 1 day before your class date or on the day of your class, you will be required to pay $69.92 to reschedule.
Rescheduling your class more than one time will result in a reschedule fee of $69.92 each reschedule.
No Call/No Show will result in a new registration with full amount paid.
You may reschedule your class date by using the “class modification” link in your Booking Confirmation email or call us at 919.980.9307.
Tardiness/Late
We provide a five minute grace period for students to arrive to class. After the grace period, you will need to register for a new class date.
Inclement Weather
For the safety of our students and staff, classes will be rescheduled at no additional cost and for a convenient date of your choice in the event of inclement weather/flooding/icy roads/power outages or snow forecasted upto 1 day before or on your class date. Email correspondence will be sent to all students regarding inclement weather forecasts and rescheduling.
Cancelation/Refund
Due to limited seating, Venus Heart CPR Training has a strict Cancelation and Refund policy.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR NO CALL/NO SHOW. NO EXCEPTIONS.
BLS Provider eBook
We provide a Hard Copy of the BLS Provider eBook to all students for in-class use during class. If you DO NOT have a personal copy prior to class or would like your own personal copy of the BLS Provider eBook, you may choose to purchase a copy during your class registration. Simply select the appropriate box regarding the eBook on the registration form. An $18 eBook fee will be added to your class fee. We will email you the instructions on how to access your BLS PROVIDER ebook after registration. The eBook will be yours to keep indefinitely.
