What is Heartcode BLS Online/Blended Learning?
The American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Online Part 1 Course is Web-based and accessible 24 hours a day, it provides a flexible alternative to classroom training. Through case-based scenarios, interactive activities and videos, this course teaches the concepts of both single-rescuer and team basic life support for adults, children, & infants. Venus Heart CPR Training includes this portion in pricing and the link will be sent within 1 business day of your confirmation email after registration.

Course Name: BLS CPR Provider Heartcode (Initial or Renewal)
Online Course Length: 1-2 hours (from your computer at your home) We will email you the online BLS course within 1 business day following registration.
Skills Testing: 1 hour (at our CPR testing site. An instructor will be present)
Price: $99.00(this includes the online BLS class, skills testing and American Heart Association certification card)
Certification: American Heart Association BLS certification. You will receive your BLS CPR ecard on the day of skills evaluation class.
The BLS For Healthcare Providers Online course includes part 1-online portion, part 2-skills practice & part 3-skills testing for healthcare professionals.

HeartCode(R) BLS (Online Student For Blended Learning)
- Part 1 is completed online PRIOR to Part 2 and 3 (skills evaluation and testing). Part 2 and 3 consists of completing a practice hands on evaluation with an AHA authorized BLS HCP Instructor.
- Parts 2 & 3 are completed on the date within the hour time frame you register for. This will include hands-on practice and testing of your BLS skills. Your certification is issued on the same-day.
