Class Details:

This is the BLS CPR certification course that is required for most medical personnel.

Most medical professionals with a duty to respond, such as nurses, nursing assistants, hospital staff, nursing home staff, assisted living facility staff, respiratory therapists, physical therapists EMS workers, and other medical personnel and students are required to acquire and maintain this CPR BLS Certification.

Topics Include:

  • Use of a Bag Valve Mask
  • Adult, Child and Infant CPR (1 and 2 rescuer)
  • Foreign Body Airway Obstruction
  • Respiratory arrest
  • AED training

Basic Life Support (BLS) now has two options of completion – blended learning and classroom training. Both options are in compliance with AHA guidelines and result in the same AHA BLS Course Completion Card.

Option #1 BLS Blended Learning (receive certification after successful completion of hands-on skills evaluation)

The Blended Learning course consists of an initial 90 minute online course. You may take the online course from the comfort of you own home. After completion of the online portion, you will attend an in-person 1 hour Skills Session at our Training Site. This option is perfect for anyone with busy schedules. Option #2 BLS Class Room Training (receive certification the same day as successful class completion)

Basic Life Support (BLS) Classroom Training is an in-person 2-3 hour class which includes both lecture and hands-on skills session with a AHA Instructor. All learning materials are provided during class. To book a class see below.

Training Includes: CPR Basic Life Support (bls) for Adult, Child, and Infant CPR + AED

Certification: American Heart Association 2 Year Certification
