After completing the online portion of this course, you must complete a hands-on session to obtain a course completion card. Registration for this course will include the Hands-on Skills Session at our Training Site. You will pick your hands-on skills date during registration. We hold Hands-in Skills Sessions every weekend.
Heartsaver First Aid online course is a blended learning method for the Heartsaver course. Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, through which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner, followed by a hands-on skills session.
Heartsaver First Aid Online Key is for the eLearning component of the blended learning course. It uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students life-saving knowledge and skills. After completing the eLearning component, students will attend a structured, instructor-led course that focuses on meaningful skills practice, debriefing, team scenarios, discussions of local protocols, and skills testing. The Online portions can be completed in approximately 3 hours.
Heartsaver First Aid Online offers the convenience of digital learning. The eLearning portion of the Heartsaver First Aid blended learning course is designed to teach students the cognitive information needed for first aid training.
Heartsaver First Aid Course provides students the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid. The course empowers students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community.

Certification: American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aide certification. You will receive your Heartsaver First Aide ecard on the day of skills evaluation class.

Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid Course Completion Card that is valid 2 years from the date of the course.
The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aide is Web-based and accessible 24 hours a day, it provides a flexible alternative to classroom training. Through case-based scenarios, interactive activities and videos, this course teaches the concepts of First Aid Basics duties and key steps, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, preventing illness/injury and legal questions.
Venus Heart CPR Training includes the online portion and hands-on skills practice in pricing. The link for the online training will be sent before the end of the business day of your confirmation email after registration.
